Experiences of Equestrian Support Services Horsebox Recovery

Anyone here have any experiences of ESS recoverying their Horsebox?

I have had them for a year and when they had to come out to me once they were very good. My renewal quote is £149. To go with Anthony Evans would only cost £89. I tend to find that you get what you pay for in life, plus I'm hearing mixed reviews about Anthony Evans, so I'm wondering if there are mixed experiences out there for ESS users too.

I have had only good experiences with ESS. They have come to my aid several times and have always been excellent!! I would recommend them any day!!

Good experience with ESS - got chap to me quickly to put lead back onto battery - got a bill for his work for about £75. Good service and still use them. I made the mistake of using Anthony Evans for a while as they were cheaper. Tyre went on the M6 they sent a garage out that had never seen a lorry I think and couldn't get the spare off. Had to wait 3 hrs for a tow truck (police getting fed up of me, missed my show), lorry towed off motorway - at a angle, lovely - and it took the new garage 10mins to get the wheel off, change it and get me on my way. Then I got a bill for £270 for the towing!! I complained and they waived it eventually but I would not use them again !!!
