I'm going, with my Mum!!! We're sitting at U6 row 7...really hoping its not too high as I don't like heights and the miserable people at the stadium wouldn't let me upgrade my BE freebie ticket to a £45 one....they did promise to put me as low as poss so we'll see......I'm sure I'll be fine once I'm sat on my back side (wrapped up in a very attractive tartan blanket I've just found in one of Mum's cupboards

Just noticed on Millenium stadium website photography is prohibited everywhere on site and the fact my camera can't exactly be hidden (is a DSLR!) I'm not going to risk taking it
Oh well!!
I'm also taking a nice fleecy blanket to keep me warm and have about 6 layers of clothes to wear

Well you never know how strict they will be but EE website says refer to stadium rules and stadium rules say photography/recordings (audio or visual) are big no no!!
I am still taking my phone which has a decent camera but the zoom is crap in comparison and any photos will be fairly rubbish from the upper tier

Dont have to get up till 9.30 as friend is doing Sol and we have a flat 10 mins walk from the stadium so we are borrowing the parking space and walking in ..

well on this occasion i wont be but as I only knoew i was coming about 4 hours ago and i have had a gutful of eventing press areas recently anyway, I am not too concerned! anyway i usually find out what i need to know regardless....

i think you will find that i dont need to do one up man ship accolyte, the eventers name was mentioned as credit where credit due and i didnt mention she was an eventer there are loads people on here would be no wiser for me saying so TBH.
and spotted cat brought up the whole media centre thing not i. most people who know me on here, even by this forum only, know how i earn my spare cash its no bloody secret so its hardly one upmanship is it? SC has been writng for a web site for ages , i would think she has been in a press centre before now so why is she mentioning this one.
