Extending the overhang of stables anyone?

Morning All,

I have a question and hopefully I can get some pics/ design ideas from you ... I'm soon to be moving house and with the move comes three acres and a patch of concrete with a block of three stables and feed/ tack room. Now I've been very spoilt at livery with massive indoor barn stables and a connected indoor school so I like my cover and being indoors

Has anyone added to there stables and created more of an overhang? I have about 10ft of concrete standing in front of the stables to play with and im thinking a clear roofed timber structure the same height as the stables overhang so come rain or shine I can stand the ponio outside?

Any thoughts or advise would be much appreciated. Thanks

I would build another little shed with open front and two sliding bars, you can use it for storage of pony, and probably fill it with junk / hay at some time, the farrier can use it, just put down rolled limestone or something.
