Morning HHO!

Can anyone help? I have been advised to get some extra long spurs (due to the length of my legs and the shape of my horse normal length Rollerballs or POW don't quiet reach effectively enough!) but before I go out and spend money on this I would like to know

1) How long are they?
2) Can you get them with a roller ball end/ rowel disc end? to prevent marking?
3) Which ones would you recommend?

I can see that JHL do a long PoW spur and a 'german spur' anyone know what the difference is? there's no scale or dimension to be found on any advert!

All help gratefully appreciated!

Have you tried swan neck spurs? I have a similar issue - although Alf is big, he is very slab sided, and I can only reach him with swan necks. I was warned when I bought him that he is prone to marking, but he's been fine with normal, round ended swan necks.
