Eye gunk

Clover has been getting more gunk in her eyes recently, I feel like I'm always cleaning them. We do have a lot of renovations going on but she should be largely sheltered from it (one of the renovations is a full bedroom for her so she'll get some benefit).

I'm calling vets tomorrow in case there is an infection but does anyone know if its a seasonal thing? Or can they dust from construction work cause it, even though the doors are kept firmly shut?

Any help is greatly appreciated, she's being spayed in 3 weeks so don't want any setbacks before that

Yeah I'd say it's dust but just pop her to vets just in case.
Draughts/wind can do it too.
I will call them tomorrow, her eyes are usually very clean so it is a concern. There is a lot of work going on, maybe I haven't kept her safe from it well enough

Got her at vets 3.30. She's not sleeping as well as normal due to the noise so don't know if that's got anything to do with it as well

Small hairy Gremlin has been having a bit of watery eye recently, I suspect dust and wind, especially now the doors and windows are closed a lot more.
