eye probs

hi i need help my 7 year old gelding has blue eyes not a problem in itself but they are light and wind sensitive so his eyes run all the time i clean them every day but he is looseing all coat round his eyes and are starting to get sore could anyone reccommend a eye ointment to help ease the symptoms and hopefully his fur will grow back round his eyes.

I would have them checked by the vet, he may have blocked tear ducts that just need flushing to solve the problem. My old horse Simon had them and he was fine once they had been cleared, its a very simple thing for the vet to do.

My old pony had blue eyes his used to run quite badly i found that just by him wearing a fly mask helped.
It would be a good idea to get his eyes checked out by a vet just in case there is somthing wrong. He could also give you some advice on the type of cream you could use on them
