Factors influencing treatment decisions

Hello!
I am currently on my final year of my equine science degree, and am looking for horse owners who either use their horse for leisure, competition or business use to complete my questionnaire. It only takes 5 minutes to complete and any feedback is welcome and appreciated!

I started it but the questions about vet treatment would have pertained to my 28-year old horse who I PTS last year, not the current two. There’s no scope in the questionnaire for that.

I did it but some of the ?s didn’t really fit so my answers make not a lot of sense.

Apologies for the motherly comment however, you are going to get dinged on the quality and flow of your questions. Your survey data will be unsound if you leave it as is and This will impact your mark.

More importantly, this should be a practice for how you are going to communicate with future clients on optionality.
