I have had to clip my youngster due to allergies but due to his colour I now have a very patchy pony, mostly on his legs where he is very fidgety. I was hoping to show him towards end of august but he looks terrible close up! Is there any tips to fade in the patches? I have used trimmers but still have patches. I really don't want to have the vet out to sedate him . Is there anything that isn't electric/ battery driven that i can use? failing that anything I can feed to encourage coat growth? Rugging? Its no big deal if I can't show him but if there is a solution I would like to explore that!
