There was a thread on here about a year ago now, and a good discussion on whether the Fairfax was worth the money or just clever marketing.

I saw one being used a few weeks ago, and thought it looked a bit clunky. But never got a chance to ask the lady if the horse was happt / value for money etc etc

I'm looking to treat my young irish draught to a new bridle, so far she's had everyone's hand me downs, and deserves something new.

I'm quite taken with this bridle:

http://www.psofsweden.se/en/flying-change-revolution.html. I like the fact it has a true detachable flash.

But was wondering if the Fairfax turned out to be worth the extra, did anyone get one. What was the verdict ?

We bought a micklem last year, and Finn ( daughters ID) went really well in it, then after about 3 months hated it.

Cheers !

cheers Jenni

Iv asked around, and few friends have tried the Fairfax, and didn't like it. So, ive just ordered the PS of Sweden.

I had a look at that, and will give the high jump one a go for my other horse, I reckon he will like that, but hes a sensitive chap so a trial will be good. Didn't realise anyone did trials, so thanks for that. Will have to refill my bank account first though !

Ive ordered the flying change revolution, as I like the detachable flash. We will definitely be all the gear and no idea now.

Hooks Europe do an exact copy of the High Jump for 70euro ;).

I've not heard great things about the leather quality on the PS or the Fairfax bridles.

It's HOW much?!? I'd want it to muck and make the tea for that.....
