Have a quandry, basically I measured my horse for a fairfax girth (long version) and she came up pretty close to being in the needing a narrow gauge category.
Her current girth size is 50" but the narrow version only goes up to 48", and I have heard that they come up a bit smaller, so have bought a regular gauge one which I can return.
Tried it on this evening and the photos are below, I am guardedly thinking that it fits but as this is not a cheap girth I want to get this right.
