Fairplay show jacket sizing ?

As title. If they are small, as so many are, how many sizes up would I need to go. I currently wear Pikeur (which I find small fitting) so would I go the same size as my Pikeur jacket?

I sent for a Fair Play jacket with the cutaway front for my rider for Christmas. She is a wee bit bigger in the bust than me but otherwise we are both size 14. When this jacket came I couldn't even fasten the front up and Im not that big. I sent it back and got a Pikeur in size 14 when it came it was too tight across the back/shoulders for me so I knew it would not fit my rider/friend. Again I sent it back and had to get a size 16 Pikeur Valentine which was a wee bit big in the bust for me but fits my friend beautifully. So yes you will need to go up at least one size even though they are stretchy.

I have the Fairplay cutaway double breasted dressage jacket - can't remember the exact name of the jacket but it ran true to size for me
