Most horses I know are pretty terrified of donkeys so I can't imagine what they would do if asked to hack out with one that size lol! (I know not all horses are just the one's I know)

Amazingly, Reggie (who has been so bullied by 2 12hh ponies they ended up being removed from the field) gets on very well with his new donkey friend. Every other horse has gone into meltdown simply seeing a donkey (at the Royal Norfolk Show, they a herd of show donkeys were led past our lorry, all wearing matching rugs and travel boots... Both horses tried to get back in the lorry!).

So cute, those ears... Aww!

Ahhhh.....fab.

My girls winter playmate is the 16hh mule we have on the yard, lol!

Her ears are immense. I had wondered if this would consitute 'donkey-proofing', and it turns out it does..... when we met a donkey pulling a trap while out one afternoon, she mearly looked with interest.

This from the filly who's scared of her own shadow !
