As the title says, I took Sov out to the Lawn meet, at Heskin Hall, and had the most fab time, we galloped plenty, and he jumped like a star (even if I was still in showjumping mode at the first hedge ) we were out for 4 hours andI was dying for a wee by the time we got back. The only downside was the Masters wife had a horrid fall near the end, she is hopefully ok just a little concussed.
Who said Holcombe is not thoroughbred country?

Blimey, 160 views and no-one can even be arsed to comment...Glad you had a nice time. I'm not sure I'd ever have the guts to go hunting, but it sounds and looks like a lot of fun.

Ha ha, No she didn't go in the end as Mum's mare had colic, so she stood in the stable plaited up all day, I think she might need counselling now!! Just as well really, it was a bit fast and too many jumps for her and Mum.
