The main thing I would say is groundwork. That's the main issue we have with Berg as he isn't trustworthy being led even in a bridle. He will break away from you if he can and being 800kg you can't hold him!! We are his fifth home so he's learnt alot of tricks.
To ride he is lovely but he is sensitive, he needs you to be confident and take the lead if he is unsure. He's alot of horse to deal with when he plays up!
I love him to bits, he is a massive character and is very cheeky.
