Hi there
smile.gif
I went to an interesting seminar on biomechanics of riding, mechanisms of collection and many other fascinating subjects. I put together a summary which I published on here:
http://myanamnesis.wordpress.com/. (It's too long to put it on here - might get told off

I also included links to the appropriate and more scientifical information should someone wished to have a look

Sapphire_girl I was at Hadlow on Sunday too! How cold was it in the indoor school? Great day though, I felt like Dr hilary confirmed a lot of the things we already knew (but was great to have it explained in more detail) and I thought the session with Mary Wanless was fab! I will be practising 'bearing down' and not riding so tall - Pash won't know what's hit him tonight!

It was freezing!! I had a blanket over my knees

You probably have much more bio mechanics knowledge than me then because I felt the other way round

I found Mary's session was a confirmation of what I already knew but still great

Good luck with Pash

I loved the way the grey mare improved after Heather rode her - wish my core muscles were that strong!
