Please could you answer the following for the purposes of my business plan!!..........

At what percentage do you run full? i.e 100% - full 50% - half full.

How many of each type of livery do you have? i.e. DIY - 5 FULL - 3 PART - 4 GRASS - 7 ETC.

What facilities do you offer?

How much do you charge?

My buisness plan is based on 80% occupancy.

I'll have space for 4 Part liveries, 26 DIY liveries and 4 Grass liveries.

Facilities-
60 x 40 floodlit arena
brand new american barn stabling
pin coded tack room with individual lockers
solarium
wash room with warm water
indoor horse walker
all-year turnout with permanent electic fencing
services (such as turning out, holding for farrier, etc extra fee)
clients lounge

Will charge around £40 per week for livery (DIY) and £10 extra per week for straw/hay.
