I would be very grateful if you could take 30 seconds to complete my survey for my UG dissertation.

The aim of the study is to find out if awareness of Equine Grass Sickness varies throughout the UK depending on area.
**If you are unaware of EGS there are only 3 or 4 questions that apply to you! so please dont be put off completing!**

I need at least 200 more responses so please share with family and friends!

Alternatively if you don't want to fill in the survey, if you could leave the following details as a comment I can use the data: Area of UK, Town/City, Your Age, #of horses owned and aware of EGS yes/no.

All but one of the questions is ticky boxes/choose from list so it's super quick to fill out
