Looking for a farmhouse/cottage/croft to rent, with a couple of acres for horses, ideally in Rothiemay/Huntly/Keith area. Must accept pets as have 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. Also willing to sort fences or help with other horses etc in exchange for reduced rent. Must have double glazing!!

Can anyone help?? Been looking for a while now really struggling to find anything and partner is due to start his new job start of September

Have you thought about contacting owners of properties for sale ESP if they are sticking a bit on the sales market. Not a permanent solution but might solve the issue for the short term if they were willing to let in the meantime.
