Farms, yards to rent, lease or buy - West Mids/Staffs

Can anyone point me in the right direction - Christmas and the in fighting and squabling over triva has finally finished me off on barn style livery yards - anyone know of anything coming up for sale, long term rent size - dont mind anything from 3+ stables.

Or any farmers want a respectful, honest, prompt payer on their land? - would even provide the stables if necessary.
