As title really. Farrier is in plaster for at least the next 4 weeks and horses are due in 1/2 weeks. I dislike Barry Goldby so he's a no go. I've heard Tim Selby is a good farrier but short tempered? We've got youngsters so they can be a little difficult sometimes. Any experience of Andrew Bagnall? Advice welcome :D

Andy Bagnall is a really good & patient farrier. He comes to our yard & does several horses there. He was there on Saturday & trimmed a yearlings feet & was patient & did a good job as he always does. I actually have a different farrier & have had him for years. When my farrier is on holiday or ill he always arranges for Andy to cover for him.

I can recommend Tony Charley or Matt Green as use them. I know someone who uses Andrew Bagnall but no knowledge of how good or bad he is apart from horse always seems ok with its shoes.

Sorry cannot agree with you about being short tempered, are you supposed to be naming folk? Best regards, hope you find someone.
