Farrier- Newport, Telford

Can anyone recommend a good farrier that's reliable and good with young horses? Seems a rather hard task!!!

I used to have a really amazing guy but as far as I know he only did trimming.

Ross Phillips has been brilliant with my young girl. Always on time, really patient when nag thought she couldn't stand on three legs! Never had any problems!

I have always used Jason Davies who has been brill with all my horses and some have not been that easy, I do make sure that mine have been trained properly before the farrier arrives as that's my job not his.

Another vote for Ross, my horse isn't difficult to shoe but with friends horses he's always incredibly patient and quiet even when they're trying to kick him in the goolies!! Lovely bloke, great farrier and his dog is brilliant lol
