WELL!!
After MUCH oohing and ahhing on all our parts... and after 20 minutes on Boo's foot our lovely farrier stood up, put hands on hips, took a deep breath in and said...

"So long as you make me another cup of tea... you can turn her out for a few hours everyday"

This is the BEST news I have heard in a LONG time.

He said so long as we cleaned her foot out EVERYDAY or TWICE a day (he emphasised it) that she would be fine! SHe can't go out for any longer than this at this time of year due to the fact she is a HIGHLY sensitive laminitic.
But... me oh my im SO happy!

My laminitic, arthritic, broken footed rising 16yr old pony can go OUT again... its all ive wanted for 5 months!

Means absolutely EVERYTHING to me!!

So ill post pics later once i bring her back in.

Thanks guys!

We've had the other 4 ponies in that field all day today so its got absolutely no grass in it and its only quite small.

Im just uploading all my photos to pooter n ow so i have an empty memory card for the big moment!

Wish us luck!!!!!

xx
