Farrier Tools!

Hi all

i have my own set of basic tools, like hood knife, and rough rasp for filing down,
but i'm looking for a finer rasp for "touching up" if you get what i mean?
a not-so-rough rasp.

have searched ebay and can't find anything that is "finer" than my rasp.

any ideas? or does anyone want to sell/get rid of their rasp?

My trimmer uses coarse sandpaper to finish off. It seems to work really well.

My rasp is double sided so one side for removing horn, one side for buffing it up.

seems a tad bit expensive for a rasp.
but i have bought a bunch of sandpaper to test your theory Vetwrap!

i have the same rasp as fatpiggy, and i got it off my farrier, might be worth asking if he has an old or if he could get you one.

I bought a set of 3 small rasps from pound shop. Not tried them yet though.
