HELP i looking for a good undrestanding farrier in the Helmel Hemstead or St Albans area of hertfordshire, i have had my horse for 6 months and he has been shod 4 times by my farrier the first 2 times every thing was great the 3rd time the horse was moving around a bit not much and he slaped him round the head,when he came back this week the horse was fine with 3 feet when he took the back shoe off and started 2 cut the hoof the horse snatched he leg out of his hand he then said the he was leaving the shoes off and 2 ring him in the spring im not happy 2 leave him with out shoes so any recomandations would be helfull the horse is 7 years old
