farriers in bolton, lancashire area???

hi, im still on a search for a new farrier and have been advised on these 3

Ben Greenwood

Ste Sergeant

and Michael Deakin

has anyone heard or used any of these 3 farrier and have any comments on them. feel free to PM if you prefer

or has anyone got any other reccomendations for farriers that will come to horwich, bolton area of lancashire?

QR You might mean Michael Durkin? i used to have him, he will only go to big yards and do shoeing all day. If you lose a shoe in between, it can be a problem. Mark - could that be John Gilliver's son, think he is shoeing now. Anthony Wilson is good, will get you the number if you like.
 
Ive was going to ring anthony wilson as he does the RS i work at on a sunday and i know a few others who have him from what ive seen of his work, it is good... but he can be a bit rough with the horses cant he? and i dont want neddy being scared of being shod.

Ahh theres only a few of us so wont try Michael Durkin

I can honestly say I have never seen AW being rough with any horse. He is most professional and has never let me down in over 8 years. Good luck in finding one!
