Anybody know what the latest thinking is on trimming and shoeing the foot? I've tried googling for images of 'the well shod foot' but the explanations often vary. Is there a set of rules, measurements, principles that are currently thought to be best for the health of the foot. (I do realise each horse is different and requires the right balance for them).
Any thoughts most appreciated.
