My horse has heat and a bit of swelling in his hind fetlock, he knocked the 2nd part of a spread on Tues and it could be due to that, he is slightly lame on it and i'm not sure what is best to do, do i bute, do i bandage, do i turnout or rest.... help? Its come at the best time, i've just affliated him BD, how annoying

Personally, I'd keep him in and walk him out two or three times a day and pop stable bandages on him. If it's not massive and you're not too worried about it give him some bute - but only if you don't plan to get the vet out.

If you're in any way concerned though then get your vet out for a look.

i personally would just stable bandage and box rest for couple days if you are not getting vet out right away. i WOULD NOT give him bute as it will just mask the problem and you will nto see ant improvement and the vet will not be able to see the full exstent of the problem should you call him out
