Fat Lip

How long do fat lips take to go down? Any tips on reducing swelling.

I landed face first on my pony's head tonight and now look like I've been in a fight ... huge fat lip and swollen face!

I'm a teacher so really don;t want to have to go to school tomorro looking like I've been in a pub brawl!!

Put something cold on it and also some arnica cream if you can get any.

Then - concealer all the way!
