...................on the wheel barrows. Specially at this time of year when the hedges have been cut & there are thorns every where!

I had a new barrow yesterday & in less than 24hrs the tyre was punctured..........

I bought a bottle of 'Linseal OKO' tyre seal & it's done the trick. You unscrew & remove the valve inner, you get a little tool that does this, & then connect up a tube from the bottle & pour in about 200ml. You put the valve back in, inflate the tyre, spin it around a few times to spread the liquid around the tyre & the pressure in the tyre forces the liquid into the puncture & seals it. As you use the barrow & it gets another puncture the liquid just keeps sealing the puncture holes as the tyre rotates. This works on either tube tyres or tubeless & you don't even have to remove the thorn that caused the puncture :) :)

I got the 1 litre bottle from Countrywide Stores for about £9.45p & there is enough to fix around 5 barrow tyres so £2.00 a barrow for no more punctures I think is great value. It can be used on all sorts of tyres, tractors, trailers, etc etc & the amount of fluid you need to use varies on the size of the tyre. The repairs are guaranteed for the life of the tyre!

I just wanted to share this with you all......although I expect a lot of you already use the stuff. ;)

Great stuff - have used Fenalac for tyres on cars. (cant use it on tubed tyres tho)
Just remember tho, that most tyre places do NOT like changing tyres with this in, do warn them 1st that you have it in.
Go to a Motor factor & you can pick it up for about £7 or £8 a can :)
