Some advice required from you lovely people please!!
My 6yr old 16.1 warmblood currently has top spec comprehensive balancer, scoop of sugatbeet and scoop of alfa a oil. he's eaten this all winter but recently turned his nose up at it and although eats it seems to have gone off the alfa a oil. (he has recently had his teeth done so know its not that!)
i was wondering about changing the chaff so was after advise....he's hey laid back so not too worried about the risk of heating him up as don't think that's likely!!! But as we have no grass i am concerned about him loosing condition. he is still stabled by nightwith ad lib

Or if the alfa a will actually send him loopy (i think he's too laid back for anything to fizz him up!!)thanks for advise x

You can feed HiFi as a hay re-placer so why don't pop a big bucket of it in the field for the day time while there is no grass? My boy is getting an extra bucket of it atm for that very reason. Bit odd that he's turning his nose up at it now tho lol!
