Does anybody know where I can buy CHEAP plastic bins for feed?

Your local hardware store. Plastic dustbins are not that expensive, but they won't keep rats out !

Do what I did & take my green garden waste bin from the council (SSHHHHHH!) up the yard!!! Its great, got wheels too!!!!
Im lucky as I dont need the bin at home as I have a low maintenance garden with no grass!!!

how do you get the feed out the bottom of the weelie bin without falling in?
