Advice please people?!

My TB has lost quite a bit of weight in the last few weeks, and aside from rugging up more and feeding differently (just on cool mix at the moment - any suggestions would be grateful to put a bit mroe weight back on or to maintain him more). But the question is really should i be concerned a lot? He still is a lot heavier then you'd expect a TB to be?

Opinion?

Is his worming up to date, teeth okay etc. The weather has gone colder so some horses are dropping some weight at the moment. Has anything in his routine changed, more exercise, new fieldmates so running around the field more?

As long as no physical reason for weight loss if he is still overweight then I wouldn't be worrying about feeding him back up. Make sure he has adequate fibre whether grass, hay or haylage and keep monitoring how he goes.
