Looking at buying a Kevin Parker Helios horsebox - does anyone have any experience / feedback on these lorries re build quality, reliability, customer service etc

We don't have a Helios, but we bought a new build from Kevin a good few years ago, and he is a lovely guy, fab customer service, and the build quality is fantastic. We bought a 7.5 tonne lorry from him about 7 years ago now, and it still looks brand new. He even did us a custom paint job. He is also very keen on weights, and gets the lorries to as low a weight as possible pre-laden.
He really cares about his work, and you can see it in the quality of the boxes. If you haven't been to see them, go and have a look, you will see for yourself.
We took it for repairs once and to kill a few hours, me and mum wanted to go for a shop in Preston, Kevin was lovely enough to drive us into Preston
I am not related or anything, hehe! but yes, would highly recommend him. PM me if you have any other questions.

We have a Helios from Kevin. The lorry is great - we're really pleased with it.
Customer service is excellent. We drove down from Scotland and Cliff, one of the builders, spent several hours showing us the boxes they had in build and answering our questions.
The next time we went down we met with Kevin, who helped us spec up a lorry. He was very helpful during the build as well - we got weekly updates and pictures. there's a link to my build album below:

The build quality is great - lightweight but strong (horse has already tried to wreck the ceiling and the partitions but failed to do much damage).
We would use Kevin again if we were to get an HGV - I thoroughly recommend him.
