Feeding a horse through summer!?

I have a Gypsy Vanner which will be turning 2 in may. I was wondering what would be the best diet for him during Spring/Summer time when grass is good?

I feed my good doer cob a handful of fast fibre with a vit/min supplement in summer when the grass is good. My welsh D also good doer is on Topspec balancer and Alfa A and oats but he works quite hard!!

I dont feed my fatties, they have mineral licks in the stable and field and get a token feed after a ride which is usually fast fibre
