Iv got a native mare who is currently in training. she is due to come home in the comin week or so.I have been feeding her alfa-a and sugarbeet all winter and now the grass has grown there is a fairly bit of grass in my paddock now( 1 side is bald and other side has lots of grass). Now she will be doing more work does she need any feed/supplementation or would the grass be sufficient for her.she will only be doing light schooling and hacking and is of fairly good weight.
