feeding advice needed, please

What would you feed a 2 1/2 year old traditional cob who is overweight, currently 13.3hh (to make 14.2) 450kg. Not in work.
He will be being stabled at night during the winter and get 3kg hay at night and 3kg hay during the day.
Also what feed compaines give spesific (sp) feeding advice online?
Thought i would see what you all thought first

If he is overweight, and as long as the hay is good quality, nothing!

Mine is out 24/7 and has a haynet there if she needs it.She is not fed anything else as she is overweight and is fine with that.

when grass his gone have him on soaked hay and a bit of hi fi lite so you can get your supplements in to him if you have no supplements to get in him give him no food just hay!

Nothing, except hay.
