Thank you, yes, this is where my mind is at currently. I feel we’re ticking all the boxes in training and fitness (although I guess you can always be fitter, but I mean for the work we’re doing).

re the power and performance, would you feed just ahead of a comp?

also, do you feed a balancer?

I haven't ever used P&P but with the turbo flakes I only used them on a working day, started with a small scoop per feed and experiment from there. It's rolled oats (no husk) and soya so nutrition wise very much a top up rather than suitable for a base diet. I fed alongside a balancer for vits, mins and protein, and added salt. There's some salt in the turbo flakes but not enough.

To me he is already being fed for energy - good grass, pea protein and linseed.

I suspect that he is being overfed and putting all his excess energy into fat.
