After reading the other post about haynets vs hay from the floor, I really think I ought to be feeding Danny off the floor. For a start, it might stop him from pulling faces at the horses either side of him as he'll have his head down!
Only thing is, he's a messy bugger at the best of times - and also likes to throw buckets around (and at people
)
Pony has his out of a giant white plastic bucket, we have a few more of these. Just worried that Danny's stupid enough to stand in/on it or something and break it... would a flexible one be better? but it'd also be easier to pick up I'd think... can I put a few clean bricks in it to weigh it down?
