I have an 8 month old Section Dx filly. Up until a few days ago I was feeding her half a scoop of mix with carrots or apple in. She is in a 12 acre field with 5 others and has plenty of grass

Should I still be giving her hard feed or will the grass be enough for her

What do you think?

grass should be enough if she has plenty, our welsh dx is still fed as he is in alot smaller paddock due to his behaviour when out with others.

Grass should be enough especially at the moment!

You could also feed a bit of vitamin and mineral supplement if you feel the need. A broad based one would probably do the job
