Feeding lactating mares

Just out of interest what are you feeding your mares and how frequently? And any recommendations for mares that are dropping off?
My maiden is on stud cubes and suregrow twice a day with as much as hay as she’ll eat over night and good grass in the day- first foal so I expect some dropping off but just looking for something to possibly top it up but not complicate it too much either!

mines just on good grazing, haylage and some stud balancer. she gets 2 feeds a day. Shes a good doer so doesnt need much.

how old is the foal, and how poor is the mare looking ?
