Feeding linseed

My tb is on linseed for weight gain and coat and hoof health. I was wondering how much can you feed. She probs gets about a 300ml scoop a day. Is this too much or can I increase this. My little one gets about 75ml

I looked into this the other day as I wanted to know the same thing. I will try and find the link, but info varied up to 4 cupfuls. I’m feeding around a mug full twice a day and horse (16hh) has definitely put on weight.

There are some feeding rates here but basically 42g/75ml scoop for the basic ration of Omega Oils and up to 500g for weight gain. https://forageplus.co.uk/product/micronised-linseed-for-horses/
