Where do you get it from and do you feed bruised, whole or liquid form?

Where do you get it from and do you feed bruised, whole or liquid form?

I I brought Milk thistle for my late mare. I brought it Direct from Dodson and Horell and brought the raw stuff, I prefer the natural raw stuff so did my mare and she had to eat it. It smells nice too.
