Feeding raw chicken necks?

Flodden......... him of extreme eating fussiness has experienced raw chicken necks as the foster dog came with a huge bag of the, and flodden stole one and stuffed it down. Tonight I put another in front of him and again wolfed down. So please can some raw feed person tell me, are they ok to feed as a main feed? He has raw mince, and raw beef and tripe mince, so would add in a few necks during the week if that is ok

Chicken necks too small for my guys but I feed turkey necks whole as a meal.

Him indoors wont eat them unless they are chopped up I so can not be bothered with that!! LOL
