Those of you that do, I have two questions, the second is much more important
grin.gif

1. Why - what are the benefits

2. Do they not give rise to eggy farts?

I do feel them very occasionally as I dont buy eggs that often - the dogs like them, and they are supposed to help towards a shiny coat (although mine have shiny coats already

)

Question 2 - no more than usual, which in Amy's case is A LOT and in Flick and Islays case is hardly at all

Ah well, maybe I'll try one then **crosses fingers for avoiding need for gas mask**

I like to add a bit of variety for young Henry every so often and it would be nice to get a bit of extra shine onto him
smile.gif

Otto gets them occasionally as my OH gets through dozens of eggs a week so there isn't often any spare!
grin.gif

He loves them and I can't say it made his wind any worse, although given the smells coming from him the other night, that doesn't say very much!
grin.gif

Same here, our girl gets them occasionally and doesn't do her too much harm - she's a loud and not-so-whiffy farter! OH doesn't help matters though

he's determined to fart louder than her...

He's a competitive soul, bless

(Bet you're glad you don't live in this house

Hmmmm... remind me again why I am venturing back into the whole dating thing?

OK guys - he can have one tomorrow, and you are all in trouble if my eyes start to water...
grin.gif

I know what you mean, single life is rather tempting after being forced to judge a farting competition between your dog and your OH...but I'd worry about him if he was released back into the wild...and he certainly wouldn't cope in polite society!
grin.gif
(He'd also have no-one to nick moisturiser off...
mad.gif
)

NN, how have you managed to end up with a man who nicks moisturiser BUT also has farting contests with your dog???

PMSL at both of you (although it's a good job I paid in advance for this dating website, or I'd be cancelling
tongue.gif
)

Both of mine have raw eggs
tongue.gif
- when we had chooks here they would nick them
blush.gif
(pre The Moo) - the YO's cousin has a chook farm at the end of the village so we have plentiful supply.
smile.gif

As far as the farts are concerned - ST Sweep doesn't fart - EVER
cool.gif
and The Moo - well my most used fashion acessaory is a gas mask
crazy.gif
crazy.gif
- well he is a lab!!

Is it bad manners to ask a related question in a post stealing style?

Are sprocker has a horrendous dry fuzzy coat (think over treated hair) I think due to a demon groomer who clipped her to a length of 4mm all over

Will raw eggs help sort it out? It is getting better with her shed but still not great

Mine have raw eggs occasionally, I love the fact they all eat them differently. Saff drops hers into her bowl to break it and then eats it, Evie crunches in her mouth and swallows, and I have to break Buffys for her as she wanders round with it in her mouth looking worried.
I was once told by a smart ass police dog handler that if you fed GSDs egg shells they would have good hips as the shell was good for the bones.
crazy.gif
: They obviously weren't very selective in our local police force at the time.

I thought it was chickens that were meant to eat egg shell? Easily confused with GSDs after all

Henry just had his first raw egg, I think he liked it, it vanished at the speed of light!
