I have a ID x TB who is in meduim work, lungeing, schooling and hacking. I want to build up his fitness and he needs topline and muscle in his hind.
I feed him chaff, microlized linseed and glucosmine in the summer and he was looking well. However the grass has not been great and his looking poor-ish. I feed hay in the field now but i think he needs a little something extra. Dont want him to drop his weight before winter - he also doesnt hold weight well.
Has anyone used Bailey Balancer Lo Cal? Do you think this would be good to use.
What would you feed?
I think i will drop the linseed for now as it doesnt have the effect on him that it does on my others.
Also i dont want anything heating.
Thanks
