Otto gets fed twice a day, at around 7am and 5pm.
He gets walked in the morning a couple of hours after his breakfast (depending on when I finish the mucking out) and then in the afternoon about an hour before his dinner.
Once it gets lighter he wil get walked before his breakfast, at lunchtime and then a walk in the evening about an hour after his dinner.
Mine fed twice a day (7 month old pup just stopped her midday meal), 8 am and about 5 pm, though I move evening meal a bit later in the summer. I leave them at least an hour, preferably two before exercise as I am paranoid about bloat.
Thanks everyone i was just curious!! feed Alfie about 7am and 7pm and we walk either before or after morning meal ( depending on work or not and always over and hour later! ) and we walk about 2 hours after tea
I feed them at about 8, 12, 16 and 22. Sometime before the first three meals we've been out for a walk, after the last meal they get to go out in the garden for the last pee for the day and when they get in they get their daily raw carrot. When we're at the summer-home, with a larger fenced in garden, they only get two walks per day + we're usually out in the garden for an hour or more per day.
breakfast at 6.30 am then an hour before walkies, then pm walk between 2 and 4 and tea at 6. Indie also has a 1/2 size meal at 12.30 to try and keep weight on her
Mine are fed once a day. I finish work at 5, then hoe take them out for a blast & usually emtpy then feed. Then back out for wee's for rest of night when they want.
Bess is fed three times a day by the mother in law....breakfast, dinner and tea time.
I feed Jasper a handful of food in the morning after his first walk of the day and the rest of his daily quota after his tea time walk. I always know that that when he goes for subsequent walks after feeding that he's ready for a poop.
