My pony has quite poor feet but is a very good doer. Any thought on what I could feed him to improve his hoof quality without piling on the pounds?
This, mixed into as low a calorie small feed as your pony will eat. My dustbin mare has her pro hoof, micronised linseed and salt mixed into a couple of handfuls of dampened Honeychop plain oat straw chaff (no molasses or additives) . The picky diva mare has hers mixed into about 300ml of rolled oats. This one is excellent and won't effect his weight

Thanks for the replies. He usually only gets a feed three to four times a week when he is ridden as he obviously doesn't need more. Any idea if that would be sufficient to make a difference if I did feed Pro-Hoof??
