Feeding Yogurt after antibiotics

Yoghurt is fine in general but for after a course of antibiotics I would rather use a specific probiotic such as yeasacc. That's interesting about Rachels, I just normally look for live yoghurt at the supermarket.

When my mare was on a lot of antibiotics the vet offered me a paste which was whats she referred to as the horsey version of yakult a probiotic for her tummy. you gave it to them over the course of a few days administered in a wormer type thingymajig. not sure if that helps.

My vet told me to use supermarket bio natural yoghurt.

Bet mine was cheaper :D

I do give probiotics ( Protexin ) after antibiotics I don't fed yogurt , dairy is not a natural food for adult horses.
