feel really sad

feel really sad today - my company who I love working for over the past 2 1/2 years are having a restructure, so I am having to re-apply for my job and secondly I cared for my Guinea pig all weekend, bathing her, re-filling the hot water bottle for her, changing bedding, syringe feeding her and went home at lunchtime today to find she had died - her eyes were closed like she had fallen asleep :0(

Oh dear, what a rubbish day for you. I can sympathise as I've been through the same things as you, although not at the same time.
Poor little GP but died peacefully and knowing it was loved.
