Dobby I am so sorry to hear that, it definately doesn't feel nice, it must feel even worse to have that done to you over facebook. I really respect your decision not to go back, the sharer doesn't deserve you by the sounds of it!
I've been riding for 11 years now, I used to be so confident but now I just seem to doubt myself and think I'm rubbish!
Hopefully it will pass, I guess lessons will help once I muster up the confidence! x
